How to set-up the app with your business account in two steps

I'm extremely disappointed with the HSBC Business Banking app due to several fundamental issues: No Apple Pay Integration: The lack of Apple Pay is unacceptable in today's digital age. No Notifications for Payments In/Out: Real-time alerts are essential for managing business finances effectively. No Clear View of Finances: The app fails to offer a comprehensive and clear financial overview. No Auto-Rotate: The app doesn't support auto-rotate, which is inconvenient, especially on tablets. No Transaction Search Functionality: The inability to search for specific transactions is a major flaw. These are basic features, and their absence is shocking. Customer feedback repeatedly highlights these issues, yet nothing seems to be done. When a bank like Monzo offers a better experience, it’s cleary HSBC needs to reassess its priorities. Either they don’t care, or they’re unwilling to invest despite their substantial profits.
Useless
Pointless using the hsbc bus app with an iPhone 14 End up downloading it on a daily basis and sick of doing it. My other banking apps Santander, nationwide etc don’t have this problem

What a horrible experience with HSBC business, then I had to log in the account on the app, nearly gave up, then when I come on to check for updates I see all these rave reviews, it's only when you look that you find out they are from 4 and 5 years ago, that is probably when the app was up to date, now I have logged in I need to generate a QR code for 2nd device all it does is freeze the device.

Portrait only on iPad, really?
Seems to work fine on iPhone for basic purposes, but I’d use it on the iPad with a keyboard when I need to enter anything sensitive — too many times tapped somewhere accidentally when using the phone! But the iPad is locked to portrait orientation, so impossible to use.
Lack of most basic ability
I really cant believe that this app is not able to send instant notification when we receive a payment. Even the worst banks apps able to do that but HSBC dont in 2024. Unbelievible.

Downloaded the app to set it up but it just has a red screen with a bit of a webpage at the top that says service unavailable. Fixed soon hopefully!
