Chuyển tiền quá rườm rà, ko tự hiện tên tk nhận dù đã nhập số tk và ngân hàng, rồi lại còn hỏi lý do chuyển. Bực quá nên cứ nhận xong là mình chuyển hết tiền sang tk khác để sử dụng. Các chức năng khác do đó cũng chả thèm quan tâm nữa.

Quá ít dịch vụ. Chuyển trả thẻ visa phải chờ đến 2 ngày làm việc. Không có thông báo biến động số dư tài khoản thanh toán.
I have been doing business with HSBC for nearly 10 years but am extremely disappointed with HSBC's credit card service. Because the card limit is quite low, I don't need to use it. I called the switchboard to request to block my card, but the staff informed me that my card was about to expire, so I could just use it until it expired. Near the card's expiration date, a staff member called me to receive the newly issued card, but I told her that I had no need to continue using it, so I did not accept the card. And finally, HSBC sent me a notice to pay the annual fee next year while my old card expired and I did not receive the new card! Everyone please be careful when dealing with HSBC!
App HSBC có quá ít chức năng. HSBC cần có 1 số chức năng để nâng cao bảo mật như khoá thẻ, mở thẻ, bật tắt thanh toán online, cài đặt hạn mức tối đa 1 ngày … . Mong HSBC có cải tiến trong thời gian sớm nhất

Chuyển khoản từ TKTT của HSBC đến TK thẻ TD HSBC mà NH xử lý đến 02 ngày, trong khi đó các NH khác vừa chuyển khoản qua là báo trù nợ ngay. ĐÂY LÀ MỘT TRONG NHỮNG LÝ DO MÀ TÔI ÍT QUẸT THẺ NH HSBC. (Xin lỗi vì đã nói thật lòng).
