Terrible apps it won’t show any balances or other content of it in iPhone 13. Before it open but now I can’t do any transactions because of same.

This app does not work every time I enter the SMS number sent to me the app shuts. Phoned & was told to reinstall. But still not working a rubbish app. Better off without it

Deplorable app that does not work, it needs total revamping. you should be able to change your standing order yourself, but you cannot it is ridiculous

FaceID isn’t working. Tried removing app and reinstalled still won’t work (iPhone XR latest iOS). Reset FaceID same. Good app otherwise.

This is literally the worst app I have ever had never works says id documents out of date yet when I upload them nothing changes… worse than useless

Glitchy had to reinstall approx 10 times over last few weeks freezes and I can’t log out or back in

Getting there. Needs a less dated icon Needs better focus on accounts and balances. FaceID is great but can’t find the old QR login for when you want to use a browser. When will we get integration with Apple Pay, Curve, Revolut?

Much improved from the old app - I can now manage all of my HSSCU account from my app! ☺️

Just as bad as their previous app. Every time I try to log in it sends me a passcode by text and when I input the passcode it says error and brings me back to the log in. Useless

Clunky, constantly returning errors.
