I created a fitness plan but noticed it included more leg days than necessary. I reset the plan and removed legs entirely, yet the new plan still allocated 70–80% to leg exercises, which doesn’t make sense. When creating a plan, there’s no option to report issues or avoid exercises that put excessive strain on problematic areas. Each time you start a workout, you have to manually mute the music, which is quite annoying. This should be a one-time setting available in the app’s preferences. Plan adjustments are limited to reordering days, but it should also allow replacing exercise programs with alternatives. The app should let you skip or complete an exercise early using your watch. The trainer's voice prompt for "5 seconds remaining" is inaccurate—it’s actually 8 seconds. Additionally, there’s often an unnecessary 5–8 second pause between exercises.
