The app is terrible. Hear a noise and want to check on your child’s room? Give it about 2 minutes of buffering before you’ll see it. We’ve tried several cameras, several different phones, and our WiFi is fantastic. The problem is the app and the streaming capabilities. Pay the extra money and get a better camera.

My sister in law bought this for me and I’ve used it ever since I gave birth. Been using it for over a year. The lullaby’s are perfect. Puts my daughter to sleep all the time. Over all such a great product.

Camera and sound are amazing. I love seeing her even when I’m 70 miles away. I would be satisfied except i was promised all these extra features that don’t work. Night light, camera panning, and playing lullabys will not work. I get sound and can speak through the monitor so I don’t know what’s wrong. I have it not though so what to do.

I really want to love the camera and set up but it’s hard. The connection is constantly failing. I constantly need to reset the camera while my baby is sleeping, which actually make a large click that can be heard from outside of the room on top of a sound machine and a closed door. The app will send me messages like the “camera is off-line” or “make sure the camera is on” however, I know the camera is on because I can see the baby on the included monitor. The app is always glitching. —- update after I got a message that the problem was “fixed”——- After having my camera for about two years and a second child on the way I am thinking of saying goodbye to Hubble and finding a new camera completely. My camera and app used to work just fine. Now several times a day according to the app, the camera disconnects, is offline and is the only device in our home that doesn’t consistently work saying “unstable WiFi connection”. (Keep in mind the included monitor is fine but we purchased this so we could see the baby away from home on the app.) We have spent hours turning the camera on and off, restarting the camera and resetting the WiFi in our home. Your camera is the problem. Not to mention for a camera made to monitor babies the sound it makes when you turn it on is loud enough to hear through two closed doors, down a hallway and over a sound machine. Sometimes we deal with not being able to see our baby because it’s not worth waking her by turning the camera off and on. When purchasing a $300 camera it is expected to work as advertised and this just doesn’t. Very disappointing.

Camera with the monitor works fine. The app sucks… it says the camera is offline while I’m watching it on the monitor. Not sure why I’m paying for the premium subscription with this thing.

Need better communication between customer and customer service

Is it really hard for you guys to automatically select the only two cameras connected when choosing the multi-camera view? Why are the cameras seemingly selected and unselected at random when all I want to do is see two live camera streams simultaneously with only two cameras connected? Sometimes one is checkmarked while the other isn't, and sometimes both aren't checkmarked when THE LAST TIME I USED MULTI-CAMERA VIEW I HAD BOTH CHECKMARKED! If I wasn't already clear, I have only two cameras. It's pretty obviously that when I use multi-camera view that I want to see TWO live streams! FIX IT!
