Unable to connect in new update

Unable to connect in new update. what a waste of mney

Lights dont work anymore

this update has cut support for my huelite rgb led strips even though it was working fine before and to try the pairing mode which didnt even work, the app made me reset the lights, and now it is blinking between the blue and green and it’s not usable at all. Please fix at the earliest.

Kicked me out

I am unable to login or sign up or access my lights. The app kicked me out of the setup. What is going on???

Not being able to login

Great lights and app but its been few months i last used the lights and they are got reset, So i opened the app for setting the lights up again but the new app ui is not letting me choose forget password or not even letting me make a new id for it. PLEASE RESOLVE THE ISSUE

Music mode and Alexa

Music mode not showing up in app with new update also not working with Alexa kindly fix

Music sync option not available

After the update of the app the music sync option not available and also there is complete changes on modes

Crashed

The latest update has disconnected me from using my lights. Was able to use the app properly before the latest update. After the update, the app is unable to find my device. Please fix this at the earliest

Alexa and website not working

Your website is down for a very long time and the alexa integration is not working. One of my device was switched off and now cannot be turned on as alexa integration has failed.

Hello team please improve the music mode as they are not accurate to music sync .this is a vital feature for me as i an use light in background to my speakers please fix the music sync accuracy . It’s currently too terrible that in silent room also light is blinking . Please enhance/fix this feature waiting for new build having this fix . I will change my feedback to 5 once this is fixed
