Lento e Limitado.
Lento pra atualizar. Não consegui responder uma pergunta selecionando a mensagem recebida. Não consegui mostrar qual mensagem o cliente está respondendo. Não envia áudios. Apesar de ter a opção é inútil. Não funciona. Pra vc ver a resposta do cliente vc tem que ficar atualizando o app pq ele não atualiza sem vc forçar ele a atualizar. Demora pra carregar. Inicialização lenta. Hoje é o último dia que estamos usando. A empresa finalmente resolveu trocar.

O aplicativo às vezes trava e manda várias vezes o mesmo áudio ou então a mesma mesma mensagem, isso é preocupante pois é um aplicativo de atendimento não pode haver erros.

Até o momento tudo Ok, uso bastante a plataforma Web e quando preciso o app nos atendimentos externos, atende muito bem!
Depois da atualização ficou muito ruim
O app não está funcionando adequadamente. Está lento. Não carrega mensagens. Demora para carregar o envio de mensagens. Aumentou muito as reclamações por tempo de demora na resposta.
Sistema parou de funcionar e você não atendem o telefone nem o zap

Sumiu tudo.
Pessoal, consertem isso, por favor. Não aparece mais nada no aplicativo a não ser a opção de avaliar. Tudo sumiu. Isso é perigoso.
