A space for pause and sanctuary, Humming Puppy invites self- exploration of body, mind and spirit through intentional movement, mindfulness and yoga. All classes, ranging from 5-90 mins, will include the fundamental principles of breath, movement, meditation and sound healing. 
Each experience is guided alongside a curated and resonant ‘Hum’ in place of music. A frequency of our own design, this soundscape combines both digital and organic sound frequencies; specifically 7.83hz and 40hz. The immersion of these sound-waves during practice provides an experience that is grounding and soothing in nature.
