How many times i put notes in my order I dont want Yemeni driver still they send Yemeni. Yemeni is nit allowed to come to our place. They demand us to walk out to Main Gate to pick up order. If i need to go out, there is no need i order take out. I even send notes to the driver after my order placed, if he is Yemeni please drop the order but they ignored. Worse thing is we cannot get the refund because its not their fault. How is it not your fault? When I clearly wrote there Yemeni driver is not permitted to enter.. Its haram to make profit like this. 😤😤😤 Uninstalled, period . You deserved one star rating.

Highly recommend to let Malaysian Telco number to register with this app! Hajj season , some of us will prefer do roaming with our country telco company. Now im in Mecca, pity i cannot use my malaysian telco number to verify and complete orders!

Adding Malaysia Number as one of the option would be wise

‏أسوأ تطبيق ممكن تطلب منه يعني تخيل كنت جوعان وجيت اطلب فجأة انلغا الطلب ودافع كاش أنا من ابل بي ولا يرجع لي المبلغ صار لي أسبوع إلى يومك ذا ما رجع شي ولا عندهم رقم تواصل دعم الفني ولا شي إذا كنت تفكر تطلب شوفلك أي تطبيق ثاني والله تطبيق سيءءءءء لو فيه اقل من نجمه حطيته

Should have update the phone number options.

I was a regular hunger plus customer and this app was number one in my daily orders unfortunately I had a very bad experience with one of the delivery because the driver never delivered my order instead cancelled my order. The delivery man took my order and my money. When I talked to customer service about it they say I’m blocked because of this case. So I didn’t get my order, lost my money, poorly treated and blocked account.

2 hours plus waiting for the orders honestly the service is too bad

Only pay with cash. If you link your credit card your order won’t come and you will be charged. There’s no way you can reach customer service also. Total joke.

Good and really simple Food delivered on time

Out of 3 order you make, there will be one time for sure you wont get your order. I dont even know how this company still allow to operate!
