Hungry Hub has a fantastic business model that benefits both restaurants and customers like me. They offer excellent value and a wide selection of restaurants. However, their app is a major disappointment. It's frustratingly slow, especially when searching for restaurants, viewing the menus, or trying to confirm a booking. It also crashes frequently. I believe Hungry Hub could attract even more customers if they invested in making their app smoother and more reliable.

It's incredibly slow to load, and I encounter numerous errors during the booking process. This often results in having to attempt bookings multiple times. It's quite frustrating and definitely needs improvement.

Your app still runs like it feeds on coal. Terrible UX, takes a million years to load, and error after error. If you don't know how to fix it, let me give you a hint: Fire the guy who runs the app.
