Hunt Resident App

The most limited app in existence, menu options for maintenance don’t allow you to request high priority emergency’s for this such at water damage. Needs an update badly

Hunt continues to rob from our armed services. How can rent seriously cost $2100 a month plus utilities.

Military friendly. Useable interface.

App is user friendly and gets requests in in a timely manner

Does not list even a fraction of the items needed to submit accurate work requests. Not user friendly at all.

For maintenance requests that are not emergencies, the app allows for details and photos to be added which my technician has told me is very helpful for diagnosing the issues and preparing repair/replacements before arrival.

So far

Good app, could use a section for , ie lease information.

Easy to use

Shouldn’t be charged an extra $5 just to be able to pay through the app.
