The unit is supposed to have a 50 ft connection length. It’s more like 10 ft. The app is nice though if you get connected, however it drops a lot.

It only works if your are ten feet from the system or it crashes I’ve tried rebooting my phone - doesn’t work Deleted and reinstalling the app - doesn’t work I went for a 2 hour rabbit hole to find help - no help The tech support app email is broken. Are you kidding me? Returning this. I’m so disappointed.

Can't download with iPad Pro nor with iPhone. Locks up as if it wants to download on iPad. On iPhone it's just a circular bloop through double clicks and Face ID

Used to work now app won't connect and crashes. No way to actually connect with a person to get tech support. Since we have nearly 20 controllers this is more than a slight inconvenience!

Originally I had some trouble with the system on/off feature. This has been fixed through an update. All is working well.

I have to be outside right next to the controller for this to connect. Not seeing any benefit to this app.

Love this technology! Would like to have the ability to access controller to make changes to the schedule while not connected and then once connected the updates take effect. Being a property manager of a 9 acre property with 8 valves boxes and 10 of the BT node controllers these have made my job much easier. Thank you Hunter!!

As the titles says, if you select system-wide dark mode you won’t be able to select the time of a manual run. Needs to be fixed asap.

When you try to back to auto after having the controller shut off it crashes the app. Can’t turn it back on unless you factory reset. Need to send an update soon.
