Not very good spp

I love this app….except for the paid premium portion. It is very frustrating to have to log in every time I open the app and want to go to the premium graphics. In addition, I have to type in the user and password every time. It doesn’t show any stored login info.

I enjoy using the app but having to log on to premium each time I use the app should be addressed. Face ID log on would be a great improvement.

I subscribed for premium graphics yet I’m an inundated with pop up ads to subscribe to premium graphics. Every time I move to a new section in the app another pop up for premium graphics. They are full screen pop ups that block the entire app until you tap the x to close the pop up. I’ve already subscribed to premium graphics! Make it stop!

I live in a high risk area and the one thing that is the most frustrating is that when we get to a critical time, the stupid app asked me for a login and password for the premium graphics. Why can’t remember that I paid for it?

I work for a Powerline company. I am COO and this application gives me great information before it makes landfall, to make accurate decisions where I need to stage/mobilize our crews.

Update: it can much worse. Constantly has me reentering my user name etc for premium. Do not waste your money on premium. If any developer is reading this let me know how to get a refund. : thought this app couldn’t get much worse but it did. Even though I bought the premium it is now asking me to log in every time. This is developer laziness. Do not recommend spending any money on this app. It is a good App but constantly bombards me with ads to upgrade to premium, which I’ve already done! If you buy the premium it should take you directly there. Instead it takes you to a page where it asks you to purchase the premium subscription or log in when I’m already logged in. And in the meantime still pushes me to ads to upgrade! Way too many unnecessary steps that make the App a pain to use. Should be an easy fix if any of the App developers are reading this.

Hurricane tracker was very useful, until they put in this stupid popup advertisement begging for money. I coughed up $25 hoping to get rid of the annoying popup, but it still sppears. This is maddening. What in the world are they thinking? Fix it!!!! Thank you!
