App does not work correctly

Recently I’ve been trying to search up products and it doesn’t allow and always says error as well as on the home page you press see more and it doesn’t let you please help 😭

iPhone 15 categories do not open!!!

Can reach items that are listed on the main screen. BUT searches generate an error and the departments don’t load, severely limiting the application.

Search, categories, and a many other things are now broken and either say “Something went wrong, please try again,” or try to load and then goes back to the previous screen. I don’t know what happened but either the internal dev team or the company who makes the app for you needs to get the back side in gear. As majority of customer bases are coming from app purchases, this becomes a reflection of your store fronts and the quality of your business. And I would think that being on of the biggest names in the industry something would be done about it. Keep that quality up and crack down on whoever is trying to ruin the HH name.

The app use to work for me. And I buy quite a bit from the app. Or at least I use to. As of lately I have not been able to browse the different selections specifically lingeries. The app opens but will not let me select and browse the different lingerie selections/sets. And I have deleted the app several times and reinstalled and still have no luck!!

I love the items but the app literally does not work correctly!! No toys or anything even load up to even preview! When things that have been in your cart that are sold out it doesn’t tell you unless you remove it from your cart and put it back in! You’re better off just going on their website and saving space on your phone 💔 I hope one day these problems can get fixed!!

Unfortunately this app doesn’t work currently. When I’ve clicked on specific categories the app prompts a error screen. I’ve tried everything to correct this issue but no such luck yet! Although the regular internet online store works flawlessly 🤷‍♂️.

Hello, I am having trouble with the app. I am unable to browse the product. After clicking on All Collections, For Men & other categories as well, I am unable to make further selections. I’ve toured all categories and am unable to browse all collections.
