Does not accept Danish credit or debit cards. In addition Apple Pay is also not supported.

Hvv’s payment provider, logpay, does not seem to accept any debit card I can provide. Three different Danish visa/dankort (which is a fully featured physical visa) gets rejected as the number is “invalid”, and a virtual Revolut card is at first accepted but then rejected during validation. SEPA payment also seems to be limited to German bank accounts, despite SEPA being a European standard. Not accepting foreign payments as a public transit company in one of the big transit hubs of Europe is completely ridiculous, please use a better payment provider without these asinine restrictions

Ich will nur eine einfache Fahrkarte kaufen. Keine Ahnung wie das geht.

It need to expalaon what the different single ticket short ticket etc covers. Would make this app perfect. However. Buying the ticket throug Google Maps. Leads you to correct tickets

It doesn’t work, you can’t register any payment methods. I’ve tried 4 different cards (French and danish visa or Mastercards), and it keeps saying it didn’t accept to save the payment method. Too bad.

Leider ist auch im Januar keine flexible/anteilige Buchung des D-Tickets möglich. Die Auswahl im Kalender bleibt ausgegraut. Bei anderen Rezensionen wurde als Antwortgeschrieben, es würde ab dem 01.01. wieder funktionieren - dies ist nicht der Fall. Bitte um Klärung.

Es fehlt weiterhin ein Dark Mode.

Da bin ich aber froh, dass meine Adresse, Name, Geb Datum nicht wesentlicher Bestandteil meines Profils ist, denn das kann man alles ändern. Doof nur wenn ein E-Mail Account kompromittiert ist, oder anderweitig verloren geht. Switch Konto löschen und neu registrieren! Das ist richtig gut vom Entwickler Durchdacht. Ahh eher nicht.
