App won’t let me in
We’ve had this app and system for almost 4 years and it is such a pain as it periodically logs me out and then won’t let me log back in. When it checks to see if the email has an account it won’t go to the next step. So I tested it with a different email and that one goes to ask me to create an account, but when I try to log in with the actual email, it won’t proceed so I cannot control my device. Horrible. The scheduling function. Is such a pain if I edit it one day or one time and then it alters the other times and throws things off and it says start at this time at this time and then throw the other one off to where there’s only like a 15 minute schedule. Instead of what I wanted, there’s definitely a bug or lack of training with this thing ease of use is bad.
