Hy-Vee

Recently, the app is sluggish. When typing an item in the search bar, it will lag so much that it can’t find what I’m looking for.

How is it possible with every update this app keeps getting slower? It takes 20-30 seconds to load! Stop adding “features” and fix the performance issues. I’m about two updates making it worse from deleting it and swapping fuel saver points for lower prices at Walmart!!

Refill setting has changed recently. I need to enter a birthday now to be able to refill online. Very annoying when trying to refill for a sick CAT who doesn’t have a birthday on file.

It’s difficult most of the time to find the gasoline deals on the app. The gasoline deals for the week should be more prominently displayed on the app and or in the emails you send out.

Cannot click on anything whatsoever. I never know my points balance and I cannot shop online. Useless.

It keeps booting me out all the time can’t find what I’m looking for. Plus your prices are outrageous to where I will not shop at Hy-Vee that often only for certain items and the last few bundles that I’ve gotten my meat patties were dry. Discolored had to throw them away, I am not happy with Hy-Vee service anymore

Honestly, I’m somewhat surprised with the low quality of this app. It is not user friendly in my opinion. The ads do not allow you to click the items to view and/or add to cart. In addition to that, when view items and scrolling, if you reach a certain point it will bounce all of the way back to the beginning. Causing you to have to scroll through all of the items again. Inconvenient and somewhat frustrating.

Recent versions of the app are quite slow to open, particularly slow to open when you are actually in the store and want to use it to see what is on sale.

Whenever I apply the clip coupons, it does not register. This has been ongoing for months. So frustrating. I wonder how many people do not notice this and think they’re getting the discount?

Latest update causes major lag!
