Didn’t get to play the game
The game keeps on playing and i haven’t even played
I got robbed
The game was enjoyable, but when I got a starter pack, the second one I believe, it said I’d get 3600 diamonds, but I ain’t got squat. That’s unfortunate, I rly like the game and want to be long time player
Lost all progress
Stopped playing for awhile but just saw an ad for the game and made me want to play it again, only problem everything is gone. My account got totally wiped. I’ve linked everything I could to try and get it back but no luck.
Too unstable to play
Used to be a good game but now crashes too much to be playable. Developers say it’s only a problem with older devices but my iPhone 11 crashes every few rounds so... Been this way for at least a month with no fix or response from developers.
Game crashes, lots of bugs, dev are money grab
Game play was mediocre, lots of repetitive tasks which I didn’t mind. However, the game crashes a lot resulting in lost in arenas and when you do Coop. If you switch between apps, it will crash too. Lots of bugs in the game if you google it. Recent bug I got was I lost a bunch of my keys to a chest for heroes and they found out I sold them. Why would I sell the keys for a mere 100 gold when I have over 70 mil in gold?? They refused to compensate or recover it for me and plainly say it was my fault. They just want you to spend money on this game. It’s NOT F2P friendly at all. To even be any good in the game, you need to buy heroes because they are soooo much more powerful than the ones you get from random. This game is a pure money grab. I started liking the gameplay at first, but turns out it’s impossible to be any good in this game unless you are willing to spend ALOT OF MONEY. I would avoid this game if I were you, the developers are horrible and just want money. I communicated with them nicely on many issues and they just blame it on the players and not their game.

Money
This game is to depend on the money on every fields. If you want to play this lot of stuffs, you have to use your wallet to get it. I have played for 2 weeks and now i am level 45 and still don’t have an SS one, although the SS character are so many.
Less and less players
I can see in my server there are around 20 active players. The game is getting really boring when you basically play with yourself. I wish i could move my characters to another server where I can interact with other players. Eventually I may leave this game too 😔
