Hyperice

The app worked once to control and program my hyperice X but following that it no longer allows any program to run; once it gets to a selected program, there’s also no way to go back to the main menu. Awfully expensive device for it to be non-usable. Very poor first experience.

Just got the normatec legs and downloaded the app. The app doesn’t work. Created ID and won’t work

I was really excited to use my Hyperice X but this app interface makes it nearly unusable. All we need is the ability to set it to hot, cold and cycle. The app tries to do everything and fails to do any anything well.

The app will not load! Used to work just fine, and now, like others, all I get is the spinning wheel of death when I try to open the app. Tried reinstalling. Still doesn’t work. So annoying. For how expensive these products are, you’d think Hyperice would do better. This will keep me from purchasing anything else from this company.

The new app update has totally messed up routines. It can’t tell the difference between hip and leg routines. Also, it doesn’t start at the correct times. Seems like this has been going on for over a month and is very frustrating.

DO NOT UPDATE!! New update couldn’t get Hyperice to work.

Love the product itself, but ever since the new app update, the app can’t tell the difference between me using my hip attachments or leg attachments. Since it gets confused thinking I have the leg attachments on while wearing the hips, the machine begins to sputter and stop every few minutes. It’s annoying to not be able to use the app for my hip attachments.

Whatever you did in your recent update, the app no longer works properly. It doesn’t list all of the normatec attachments, and when I start a routine it doesn’t have the correct amount of time. I emailed a screenshot to customer service showing that the hip and arm attachments weren’t showed in the app and I got a completely useless canned response with suggestions like make sure I’m using the correct power cord.

Normatec hip routines are actually leg routines. Shows feet, calves etc for a hip routine….it used to work. Hopefully it will again. Really disappointing.

A small gray box appears with a spinning wheel of death and it never opens the app. If it’s quicker for me to put my parameters physically on the Normatec, why bother with an app? Used to work fine. Undo whatever I was done.
