Restless One
I am not saying you should not rest between reps, but I spent more time resting than I did working out.

Humans are forgetful. Sometimes we need to backdate a workout we forgot to enter. I haven’t found a way to do that in this app.
Great for someone starting out. Too randomized but too repetitive. Very minimal choices of lifts.
Everything I would change about other apps is standard here. Amazing. Just finished first workout. Will do before and after 8weeks on socials
No reason to make the app free if all of its functionality is locked behind a paywall. To boot, I can’t delete my account due to the paywall preventing me from accessing the account settings
A great app for a 52 yr old. Mailing gains without hurting myself lol
This app tricked me into thinking it was the Renaissance Periodization app. Same colors and style and words, but a cheap knock off. I couldn’t figure out why the videos that it linked to were six years old and crappy. Now I know. Beware!
I like a lot about it but it has some issues — not enough options for body parts and you can’t cancel a workout once you start, no ability to see set progress only predicted one rep. It’s pretty good tough for the money
I myself along with others thought this was the RP Hypertrophy app, which it is not. This is not Dr. Mike Isratel’s app. It may be great for someone who is looking for a gym planner than doesn’t allow you to edit the workout you are doing, and like the mixing of random shoulder exercises on a leg day which I’m not a fan of. I think the app took this name to get people to buy it thinking it is RP hypertrophy. It is not.
I want to start by saying I enjoy Dr. Mike’s content; I think he’s very thoughtful, insightful, and I would recommend his content to anyone looking to learn about sports/nutrition or is serious about improving their physique. The app is a different matter. My experience upon downloading the app was: Tried the free trial, and after I put in my information I was able to set up a regimen (so far so good). Then I made the mistake of clicking the “videos” section where it would supposedly give you a demonstration. I was notified I had to reinstall the app for that. So I did. No more free trial. I could no longer use the app without committing to some kind of payment plan. After saying “forget this” I deleted the app only to be charged for an entire year a few days later (as if I was using the free trial) so now I’m out 40$. So I paid 40$ for nothing and I have a year long subscription I’ll never use. Again to be clear, the content on YouTube I am a fan off, but this was a disaster and a total waste of money.
