Very very good
Superb app. Worth every cent. The only improvement I would make is to integrate it with the iPhone music control so play/pause controls appear on the Lock Screen. Currently to play/pause, rewind etc it has to be done in the HypnoBox app.
A great resource!
I work as a clinical hypnotherapist and think HypnoBox is a really great tool! I use it on myself every day. The ability to quickly create a custom suggestion set is excellent. I am constantly coming up with unique recipes that meet my needs. Yes… I could just whip something up for myself but it’s the plumbers taps for me and the ease and convenience of HypnoBox make it a no-brainer. Also, the cost is so low for the value I get; it’s cheaper for a year than a single session with a live hypnotherapist! Buy it. It’s good
Great idea, poor execution, weird vocals.
I’ve been involved with hypnosis for over a decade and whilst this app’s idea is amazing, the execution is clunky, overly complex and the tonality and intonation of the vocals is strange. I’ve listen to hundreds of Hypnotherapists over the years and I’ve NEVER heard someone use such a strange tonal delivery as this app has. Makes it unusable for me, despite the concept being great. Makes me think they used a voice actor instead of a Hypnotherapist to record this. Sounds like what an uneducated vocal talent THINKS a hypnotherapist would sound like. I suggest a UI/UX review for removing unnecessary complexity and get new vocals recorded.
Carefully designed and hugely flexible
This app is wonderful for anyone who has found hypnotherapy useful. It is extremely adaptable to specific concerns and can be customised very finely. It’s definitely helped me feel ‘more deeply relaxed’.
Better than expected
So pleased with this app. It is everything I wanted in one place. I love that I can also record my own sessions AND put my own music in the background. It is a very well thought out program with the option to buy single sections if you can’t afford the subscription is very reasonable. The free sessions are also great. Thank you for all the work that has gone into this wonderful app. If it is possible, for future development, could a timer or reminder option be put on a session for a particular time each day to remind you to listen to a specific title?
