**BUYER BEWARE** I did not download this app from the App Store, yet one day it's on the home screen of my iPhone and iPad! Looking over their app description makes me even more certain they are not a legitimate app!

I am a meditation mindfulness expert. This app is excellent and truly helpful. It comes in a package. Buy all of them. They are worth every penny. Use them. You will begin to experience a great shift.

I listened to it 3 times, two I fell asleep to. I had deep scratches down my back after sex. That should speak enough for this.
