I have worked with these Hypnosis tracks for many years and really appreciate Joseph’s generosity in making them so available at an affordable price. I have a nonprofit organization and the ones that have made the most difference for me are the leadership and assertiveness tracks as far as my work goes. There is so much more going on than the title of a track suggests. I have worked a lot with the healing tracks and many others. I have found them to be very powerful. I love being able to create my own tracks.

I love this app. It has a hypnosis for so so many topics. I use it for peace and health and grief relief. I use it to set the tone for the day, and to create a relaxing ending at night. I use it to reduce anxiety and stress, and to increase happiness. I use it when I wake up too early and I need to rest until it’s time to get up.

Please please have a way to load categories in or by topic. Something. I’m begging you

I love this app and the meditations. I have been using it for over two years now. I would life to suggest some 1.5-2 hour bedtime sessions. I find that 4 hour ones tend to disrupt my sleep but I do sometimes need more than 30-45 min ones for a fully relaxing sleep. Thank you so much for giving so much to choose from!! Edited to add: I would love more of a mix in custom hynosis. For example “pain management” with “Manifestation”. I have put them in my playlist, but when sleeping, then beginning of the second session always jolts me awake because the opening startles me. I would just love to add a little more of a personalized touch to them. Thank you!
