Hyundai India Dashcam

This app is not at all practical 1. Saving the video to mobile is possible only if you maintain WiFi connection with Dashcam and downloading video takes too much time 2. No option to download videos that is already saved in the dashcam while a recording is going on. 3. No option to stop in-cab recording. Ladies usually uncomfortable with in-cab recording and other passengers have to be informed every time that a recording is going on. 4. Settings of dashcam should have been available in the app

While the dash cam recordings are a class apart, this application and usability spoils the entire experience. Let me tell what are the biggest problems and please Hyundai sort this, else you are not justifying the extra money we are paying. 1. There is no option to delete all the recordings together. We always have to open each video and then delete!( Imagine the number of 1 minute videos in just a single ride). 2. Saving a single video takes a hell lot of time and most of time some unexpected errors throw up and does not get saved. 3. The buffering to watch a video from app is disastrous. you would end up not watching rather than wasting so much time. 4.The app only works when we always manually connect to dash cam via WiFi, and thats a cumbersome process. To watch any videos or explore the rides, we always have to sit inside the car. The moment you get out, the connection gets lost and you are no longer able to access it. How much time do you guys expect a person to sit inside the car with the heat and no fresh air. Turning on the car for such long time is also not practical. I don’t wanna burn my expensive petrol. There should be an option to access dashcam in app even while sitting at home, rather than always sitting inside car and connecting to WiFi of dashcam manually. 5. No option to continuously record the video. 6. No option to stop the dash cam from recording itself every time we turn on the car. 7.There should be an option to link the dashcam with Bluelink app too. 8. This app needs major update. Try to make it more user friendly. I am ready to help, only if you guys are interested to make it a better app.

I am not able to record continuous video. Concept of event, normal & vacation folder doesn’t clear to me. Ideally all recording should be saved in 1 folder. Options are limited in the app.
