The App requires the IDS X-Series or IDS 806 alarm panel with a HYYP Hub Communication device.
Features include:
- Secure multi-site management from your smart phone - no need to go to the site!
- Full arm, stay arm, and disarm abilities as set up by the installer
- Zone Bypass function to handle problematic zones when you're out of reach
- User management, including zone and partition naming, as well as the ability to set, edit, suspend, or delete user access rights
- Real-time notifications - know what is happening as it happens!

Additional feature
Programmable scenarios for different times. Allow the users to customise zones for different types and seasons
Unreliable
Works great 95% of the time. Then there are the times that it just does nothing. Frozen. Can not arm or disarm or use panic button.
Extremely slow
The app is extremely slow. When you arm or disarm for example it is extremely slow to action the command. The problem is not my internet connection. I'm running 100mbps fibre.
Not that great
Sometimes it takes forever to activate or even de-activate.
Needs Smart Device Support
The app works consistently well, but is far behind its competitors in terms of support for hands free arming/disarming using smart home platforms such as Siri/IFTTT/Alexa.
Application problems
Lately there is not a week that the HYYP is not bugging. This morning I could disarm the system with the app but when we wanted to arm it again I needed to use the remote to arm it. Lately more of a frustration to have the HYYP than a joy. Kind regards Chris

A brilliant app when you have a shop as you get a message when the shop is opened & closed & which staff member did it. So, if anyone goes in after hours you are told, which adds to the shop’s security.
