Do you eat when you're stressed? Or when you're bored, lonely, or annoyed? If so, this app will help! It contains 32 sets of questions and 150+ Bible verses you can use to go to God for help with weight loss!
Here’s how it works. When you’re in a tempting situation, all you can think of is the food: how it looks. How it smells. And how good it would taste. What you need is a way to break the hold it has on you. This app will help. The questions are designed to help you see the big picture: Will eating really make you happy? Will it be worth it? Would it be better not to eat?
The questions and Bible verses will help you get a biblical perspective on life - and that will help you break free from those negative emotions that drive you to eat. As you go through the questions and the verses, you’ll begin to see your desires change - so you'll no longer even want that donut!
Here’s why: It’s the lies you believe about food that make you want to overeat. When you replace those lies with truth, you’ll actually want to follow your boundaries. And that will help you lose weight and keep it off.

MEETING ME WHERE I AM THROUGH THE APP
This app is meeting me right where I am, helping me through this part of my journey& desire to be obedient to the will of God so I can live a righteous life w/ a healthy, strong body, mind, & spirit, allowing me to love God & His people & help build His Kingdom. I’m currently committed to a daily time of going through each ‘lie/emotion’ exercise to familiarize myself w/ the process & strengthen those ‘muscles’ so they’ll be strong when my willingness is weak.

Perfect tool to engage in mindfulness
This is a perfect accompaniment to mindfulness and other therapy techniques. I love the prompts to choose from instead of trying to pinpoint exactly how I feel at that moment on my own. I love the devotional and prompts.

If you need encouragement, guidelines and insurance, and a main focus, then this is the book for you whether you have it as a kindle book paperback book, it will be very helpful. The app is even more helpful because you can pull it up at any moment, when you are struggling, and can find encouragement in God’s word and wisdom.

This app is simple, straightforward and filled with nuggets of truth. When you feel like your emotions are sabotaging your eating, you can turn to this app like a voice of reason or a trusty friend. I have just started using it, but I can tell it's going to help me snap out of those moments less and less.

Unbelievably grateful to have a resource like this on my journey toward a closer relationship with God. This app has been essential in my weight loss journey.
