Idk what the purpose of this app is other than maybe get your email info, but it does not work with the altra fire place at all what a pile of etrash

App will not let me set up account. Says my emai address is invalid.

The app stays on add a device and never gives you the connect option. Seems this app is outdated and it should removed from the app store

Not sure why so many bad reviews. So far it’s been working great! Exactly what I was looking for.

App does not work at all

After entering all the information on my fireplace model and serial number, it won't allow me to get push the connect button. I can't get past the initial set up screen even with every piece of information entered. Have exited out of app, and reopened. Nothing is working.

This application is the worst I’ve ever used. The verification workflow when setting up a new account doesn’t work properly, and I ended up having to create an account several times before it worked. Once I got in, I could not setup a new fireplace. It kept erroring out and going to the “add new device” screen and I couldn’t save my fireplace, let along connect. What an awful experience.

You literally never know what you’re going to get, and with no support - good luck. One night it fires right up, the next it cuts fuel after the pilot is lit.

My fire bug keeps sending me a notification every two hours , that my system still on even when I know is off , that is kind of annoying., how can this be fixed ? I even turned off the notifications setting on the app.

Was hoping to use with my Mendota proflame remote but can't get past naming. Connect stays grayed out. Maybe the newer proflame remotes aren't compatible, IDK
