Something went wrong with this app, it’s not allowing me select contacts to generate a code. It says I need to go to setting to allow it to connect to my contacts but it does not show contacts to allow it to connect to. It only shows Siri -& Search Notifications Background App Refresh Cellular Data It’s missing Contacts so I can allow it access. Please look into this urgently. It was working but stopped about a month ago

They removed the end date feature for Home Deliveries. This is so unfortunate as deliveries can happen over several days. Bring it back and I will alter my rating accordingly.

Shocking to say the least

Is it not possible for the developer to allow the app to use more than one property as each and everytime you need to create a code at another property you must logout and login with another property

Every morning when I exit the other gate open. I then have to wait until it closes before I can activate it again. A waste of my time.

I’ve found the app to be very useful. From the navigation itself it quiet easy to use and understand. Haven’t had issues making use of the app and can share a code with any visitor. I also like that it keeps track of the history of codes that have been generated, when they were generated and who used the code

Takes too long to load options for res to enter. Exposes residents to being hijacked/ robbed. Sometimes opens the wrong gate ie visitor instead of resident. No option to close gate if this error happens.

I would give it 5 stars if the developer makes it compatible with a smart watch.

This is a useful app especially or contactless entry and exit during covid times. But for months now notifications just don’t come through to me whereas they did before. Updates don’t seem to fix this

The app constantly has glitches and doesn’t work.
