Earlier app was thousand time better and smooth. Present app seems to have been made to achieve some brownie points. Non of login methods work. Even their customer care staff is in cloud nine with some dreamers potion.

1. my transaction happens on 16th of every month and has not happened till now it is 24th 2. the app and web dashboard are showing wrong transaction history and i panicked thinking why my transactions are not showing 3. who ever has made this new app of icici should be seriously reprimanded for the bad job they did, my phone number has been recorded including the country code as part fo the phone number and thereby cutting the last 2 digita of my actual phone number. 0 star rating for the revamp

Hi team please check iPru app after update show update portfolio after update not show. Please fix the issue ASAP

Need to create account again. Old portfolio info is lost. Did anyone even think about the pain that a user will have to go through?

Even after this update not able to find and enable biometrics anywhere in the app

Edit 15-Dec-24 Start The updated app is looking great and working smoothly. I must admit this is good looking app and completely different from old one. After initial experience, I changed my rating from 2 star to 4 star and it deserves 5 star but this is only initial observations but overall it looks great Edit 15-Dec-24 End ICICI MF website and app is not upto the standards. I am surprised the app doesn’t show the total XIRR of all funds. Also we can not check transactions history in app itself and we need to download statements every time. The biggest surprise is that we can not see, alter or cancel the STP mandate. So overall this app and website need serious improvements. Edit 2-August-2024 Fund switch doesn’t work smoothly. serious bugs in app. The fund switch transaction was successful as per mail and message received from ICICI but I can only see the withdrawal amount of one fund but switched fund doesn’t show any deposits. Also only half amount has been switched and didn’t receive any notification. Literally this app has serious bugs. Another bug when I tried to use ‘Contact Us’ option then app is crashing. This is worst app after Canara Robeco AMC. Seriously don’t play with investors money and I bet you most of ICICI clients are from Distributors and this is reason they don’t care about MF app and website. Please don’t ask to write mail on enquiry@ICICI and take this feedback positively and provide flawless experience to customers.

No option to link folios

Earlier application was very smooth & easy to use …. No need to remember different user ids …. Here need to remember everything…. In earlier application we can easily link folios but in this it’s very tedious & not a user friendly Just now I have updated application & now once again I have to entered everything as I maintained all my family members folios but no support like earlier application… really pathetic experience

Revert to old app version Was much much better in experience .now this update version only works in 5G and high speed WiFi otherwise hangs a lot or take too much time for transaction
