Worst support and app

This app is of no use. You cannot browse the plans nor can you do any recharge. Please update this error or else take down the app

App isn’t optimised it has issues logging me in and out and is overall very irresponsive

Do yourself a favour and stay away from them. I have absolutely no idea how they are still in business. Terrible terrible service and somehow even worse customer support. Actually customer support is a joke and non existent, so ideally I should not comment on it.

Not Showing Plans, even not working in iphone

We have been using ION connection since a long time and whenever we have an issue ION staff Vinay Jaiswal has helped us through. He has given us quick resolution and has been extremely prompt in service. We are happy using ION but mainly due to Vinay and his service would definately recomand friends and family.

please don’t purchase Please don’t purchase i-on internet, worst service, when you call for net connection problem than you will fedup no one take care especially local area person and untrained boys. they takes whole day to resolve the issues.

Apps is not working well

you moron , what a pathetic application is this , can’t even download the payment receipt, we need to submit them for reimbursement ,you fools at least make basic functioning working
