Rewards do not update . There is a punch card but i earn points when I purchase . I end up get drinks from other stores who give me actual reward card or use a phone number to check in

Actually I do get credit once in a while and I can’t seem to figure out what I did or didn’t do. So the app only credits my purchases once in a while and now it doesn’t work at all. Go figure.

When it works it’s is sufficient at best. Latest update the app doesn’t work at all

the first update in a year makes the app crash when you open it nyahahaha. 3 stars because they hav good popcorn chimken

When I order by app, reward punch card not counted

Spent 30min not able to place an order, bugs everywhere.

I use the app a lot to order iTea but it does not update my punch card for every purchase I have done. And it is for any location I order from. What is the point of having a rewards program if I will never get to 10 drinks to receive a free one.

I cant figure out how to redeem my free drink on the app.
