App has failed to open for awhile, idk why yall haven’t updated it yet, but it would be helpful for your customers to be able use the app as it was designed to be used. Developers please hurry and fix asap

The app won’t even open at all

App no longer works after ios16 update. Won’t even open. Have tried to delete and redownload and still won’t work.

All I got was an iPhone picture with Chinese (?) figures. No instructions and no other choices appeared on the screen.

The app cannot run my new flash driver Error 501 appear when I put flash in my iphone 🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️

I'm very disappointed that on the packaging of this product English is listed as one of the languages, however with this application there is no English only Chinese. So in a nutshell this makes this product worthless and money spent for nothing. I feel misled!

I was using the flash drive with older software that was in english. After software update everything changed to Chinese and now I can not use the drive. I wish the app was available in English so I can continue using the device.
