Поездка прошла хорошо, быстро и комфортно, прекрасный водитель, комфортная машина.

Whenever I submit an address delivery, it changes to another one. Apparently, you can’t write (for example) store’s name even if it shows in the yandex map and appears in the address lines. It changes to the building’s address (later! after you order a delivery and you think everything is fine, but no!), so that a delivery man can’t find the right store/cafe, whatever. And then, you have to pay more for waiting because a delivery man can’t find the address and just waits for you to call him/her. And you can’t reach the delivery man because there always issues calling him/her through yandex taxi🤦🏻‍♀️

I use this all the time and it is usually excellent. Today I ordered a taxi for €5 to Kristine Keskus, the time for waiting went from 9 mins to 3 mins then up to 12 mins and then was cancelled by diver. I was waiting in the cold for a long time. The next driver came on time as usual and got me to my destination. I think I deserve compensation as I am a loyal customer. Kind regards, Conor
