This app crashes every time. I’m using this with a Zodiac robotic pool cleaner, the app is absolutely useless. Bit of a con job from Zodiac, the main selling point is the ability to use the product with a smart device, but this is just a gimmick as the app doesn’t function. I would give this no stars if I could.

Every time I open the app and try to access my system to start a clean it keeps on kicking me out. This has been doing this for months now. Not real impressed with the app.

Poor support. Poor interface with app. Scheduling is slow to input. I’m on satellite internet so it’s not a network issue!

Had been working fine for ages, then updated the app and have issues galore. Can open it but a second after clicking on the cleaner the app crashes. Have uninstalled and reinstalled, removed and readied the device, etc. iOS has been updated multiple times since (it stopped working after the app update not iOS) so assume it wasn’t that. Very annoying

Running on iPhone 13 with latest iOS, have reinstalled and same problem…cannot use any features of the app, particularly annoying that being able to direct the cleaner as part of the lift system is impossible, so have to instead pull the cord to drag the robot to an accessible part of the pool to lift it out. Very annoying as it’s been like this for over a year now and still no fix

Ever since I have updated my iPhone to the latest iOS, the app crashes? Help please?

Would be a lot better if we could turn on from a timer
