I have been banking with Independent Bank for a long time. I really enjoy the ONE Wallet app and all the updates that have been rolling out over the last few years. I love all the features in the app, especially card controls, so I don’t have to worry if I lose my card. The transfer functionality has also improved greatly, thank you!

What I love most about Independent Bank’s app is its simplicity. Yes, it’s powerful; yes, it does more than any other bank app I’ve owned. But what’s best is that it’s easy to use. You need to be a Talmudic scholar to work some apps. This one’s so easy my dog could use it, which might explain why my treats bill has increased.

I’ve used the app up until about a month ago before then I’d have given a 5 star rating for ease of use For nearly a month now I open the app and either get a message that the app is experiencing transient problems, try again later, or a little wheel that endlessly turns till I close the app I tried contacting support and was advised that they don’t deal with app support, and so I have no idea who x can help. It is such a pain to have to get to my computer to check something. I am using iPhone 11 Pro Max on iOS 16.3.1 Help!!!!!

Why do I have to enable cross-site tracking in order to pay bills? Why would I want other sites to have access to my banking information? Seems like incompetent coding.

When I first started using this app, it was not designed for iPad. (It did not fill the screen.) Then, it starting working fine, and I was able to do all of my banking from the iPad. Now, over the last 4-6 weeks, it no longer works. Whatever version update was done, made it revert back to the beginning issues with Pad, and it does not format properly. This app needs work.

So much input lag trying to switch between the tabs, a 30 second transfer/Zelle sometimes turns into a 5 minute ordeal closing and re opening the app hoping the spaghetti code works. Laughable day in age..

i can’t log into my account it keeps saying the app is experiencing “connection issues” although i’ve tried many different times in many different areas and everything on my phone works fine the app is bugged
