When ever I try to login my account I cant login. They say that your account is under maintenance. I dont know what they did my account. Please give me my account as soon as possible. I want my data back. I am very disappointed by seeing this. Very very bad application.

Backed up all my info, and after that I’m pretty sure they hacked my laptop making it crash and now when my laptop reboots it’s just a blank white screen…. Unbelievable, charged me, stole all my information and now my laptops no good ON TOP of all of that, app doesn’t even work .. literally just backed it up to the app and I tried opening on my phone and it just says unable to open file try again later and I try to convert it and it says no files to convert

It’s good for pics, video, contact, and calendars but if you have documents, mp3 files, or anything else it won’t back it up.

The only thing wrong with this app is that when signing up and creating your password there is no verify of that password so if you fat finger a key when you create it you would never know what your password is.

I have the latest, May 13th update. The ‘invalid email or password’ comes on instantaneously, like it was coded into the Log In button. It can’t possibly check anything. As i write this review, there is only 1 review less than 1 year old and that person gave 2 stars. So now i wait for another update. Meanwhile i have to look for another way to backup iPhones and iPads.

Please fix this app my files are on this server 😤

Kool app, used it once had one issue but since then got it resolved and my pics, contacts have been stored safely in my eyes's. I f$#;s wit it ...lol

Easy to share my backed up files with friends, just copy the link and share it.
