I contacted Ibaka on the 21/8 via a chat session and was told that it was a Sunday so my query will be looked into on a working day. I email their support email on the 25/8 to follow up and yet to review a response. Dodgy

App not working. I wasted my money subscribing.

I subscribe today and they took my money but it not allowing me to login in. That not fair why will they take someone money and the app is not working. I am not happy i am going to email them

Ibaka you need to work on your app please!! It’s really annoying

I payed for subscription and the app worked for 3 days and stopped so I emailed them and ever since then I haven’t had a single text/email from them. I’m not gonna lie, I like their movies but they really need to work on their app so people don’t pay for nothing money.

The person that made this app is most likely in elementary school. The app glitches a lot and never works. Can’t even stream on the tv from your phone. Save yourself the stress and download iroko. I have both and I have to say the difference is massive.

The app is never working properly for more than 5 minutes. And the only advice I’ve gotten is to delete and redownload it.

Unfortunately, my experience with this movie streaming app has been less than ideal. Every time I try to play a movie, the app shuts down on me, leaving me frustrated and unable to enjoy my favorite films. It's incredibly disappointing to have paid for a service that doesn't function properly, and I hope that the developers can address this issue soon. Until then, I can't recommend this app to anyone who wants a reliable and enjoyable streaming experience.

All these bad reviews but they still can’t figure out how to fix the issues raised by users. So I ignored all the bad reviews and got a subscription for a month just to try : a terrible mistake, they have a good selection of movies but you can’t play any of them. Reported to Apple.
