I book a trip and the trip doesn’t show as booked. Had to reach out for confirmation then received email however won’t show on the app.

App keeps logging me out, it goes completely dark and very hard to use. Members deserve better for the price we’re paying.

Downloaded the app but it won’t let me log in. Members deserve better than this. Extremely disappointing.

For the cost of membership, a good working app should not be a question. In todays world my 10 year old has produced better apps with AI for free. Please raise the bar instead of consistently lowering it. We members deserve better.

App should not be this dysfunctional

This app makes no sense. It doesn’t work at all. What a waste

The app constantly changes language when you get logged out. We also haven’t been able to book a trip through the app as it gets an error about date/time format when you click on the book room button. Pleas fix this, there is so much potential.
