I don’t know why they force tenant to top up minimum 50units even there have a column to enter specific units will prompt out at least a msg minimum 50kwh

stupid app it crashes a lot

What kind of disaster application is this. Can’t top up or can’t do anything. Was a garbage after all

The whatsapp support seems to have limited knowledge and not very helpful to the questions asked. They will just send you links to FAQ pages. My TNB bill become weird after installation.

I’ve been using it for 7 months, but the UI for the after-payment page still hasn’t improved. I can’t select the ‘X’ button on the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro because the ‘X’ button is located at the top of the screen and isn’t well-optimized for these screens. I need to exit the app and reopen it. Luckily, the payment was successful.

This apps is a great app so far. Except that we cant donwload the tenancy agreement even though it says it has been downloaded. Couldnt find it anywhere after try downloading it many times. Also, I want to see my history of Daily Meter Usage for pass one week. The app crashes everytime I touch anywhere around the “From” date selection area.Hopefully developer can fix it.

Recently Aircond meter keep off (still have 90token). Nobody know why. And the smart meter no data/ no connect to any. No guide at all.

please bring back the kW reading instead of unit..it makes me easy to know how much my electricity usage instead of only tell me unit..i mean what unit?
