They need to use this UI for their other app. Their other app looks just plain ugly. Also the options chains is much more intuitive on here. They should use this style for the web too

I was hoping it was just a glitch that would be fixed. But it’s been months and my entire watchlist for stocks that I’ve curated for over a year has been lost! Both on web and mobile, it just happened so randomly. Even when I try to add a stock back to the watchlist it doesn’t work. Can you please fix this?

I’ve given it a shot, but their platform is extremely horrible. Extremely disappointing. These guys don’t even attempt to try to improve.

I was suggesting this trading app and was told I could start with a small amount. When I got in and found out I had to add more money into the account to purchase the crypto I was looking at I was a little put off. Then decided to withdraw my initial funds it kept wanting me to log back in when I attempted to secure a security code time after time. Then contacted support I never received a response. So now my money is lost I guess. Do not use this app!!!!!

Really easy app to use if you want to trade stocks, options. I appreciate the simple design for a large brokerage like Interactive. Plus the low interest on margin 👍👍.

Horrible user design right at the start. Takes ages to log you in then freezes on the home page. Developers are beyond incompetent. Avoid

Please add TradingView charts support like you did with other app. Would be great.

Too expensive especially for buying shares. Prices in options are not actual ones so check with other broker first like TOS or Webull. They made up that I wanted to close my account,which was a total lie. Be aware and keep looking. Options costs twice as much vs TOS WEBULL or ROBINHOOD(free) but i think TOS is a pretty good broker. GL.

This is the worst app I have ever dealt with. The step by step directions for getting established need much work. Missed out on a 20% trade gain because of issues with upstart. Have had to call in twice now for issues. I’m computer savvy so to speak so I’m not just blowing smoke…. Transfer of funds takes way to long. I’m going on a week now and still waiting for the complete transfer. I just tried to transfer more money and once again, I’m having authentication code issues. Frustrating at best.

Why do I have to swipe up twice to close the app? You should not disable the home indicator!
