Currently the app is broken on the most recent version of iOS and logging in is not possible. Total mess.

Getting information from this app is spotty at best. You can’t get information you need pages don’t load. You have to check the website, which is just ad bad in my opinion. I’m not sure why this app even exists

Got a new phone so had to re-enter my credentials. That wasn’t good enough. The emailed me the passcode, which didn’t work. After five emails of passcodes that didn’t work I’m now locked out. I think it’ll be easier just to go to the doctor and ask them how much coverage I have left for the year.

Title says it. App just freezes when I try to add my ID card to Apple Wallet Update: it worked for a second. But the card added to my Apple Wallet almost certainly has incorrect information. So still 1 star (should be 0)

First off you changed the app without notification. Then this app is down more then it’s up. Make the app a priority as this is what we use for our benefits

The highest rated insurance provider needs a better app that does not direct to the internet.

This app is trash. Nothing ever works. Cant pay my bill it has technical issues all the time.

Absolutely unintuitive payment flow. After clicking the “Pay now” there’s no way to figure out how to do a simple transaction.

I have been trying to look up providers for at least two weeks and can’t. I keep getting a screen telling me there’s a problem, even with the update.
