I’ve had this app for about 2 months. I keep my app updates as the new ones come out, it will not let me log in. It says network connection timed out. Please fix this as it is very annoying and takes me multiple attempts to sign in everytime I open my app.
I have purchased these cameras and for the purchase price they are working pretty good. I do like that. They rotate easily and seem to do the job that I wanted them to do. My complaint is that I have tried to put the app on my other phone and tablet, but it keeps saying either wrong password or username. I did go in and change my password and I was only able to get in the app on my iPhone, but on my Samsung phone and my tablet it will not work. I think this is wrong and it should be corrected. I did write them, but of course have heard nothing from them. So I guess that tells you about the customer service.
The video reception is fine and the system hooked up immediately. However, I need notification when there is motion detection, but there is no access to any settings on this version of the app. So I am disappointed that I cannot use it to let me know when an intruder arrives at my home.

You are a piece of garbage. When you open the software, it's an advertisement. You can't load it after watching a video for a long time.

This app was fairly good and only had some drawbacks now it is terrible. I have to resign way to often and the bothersome adds on startup and the bottom of the screen are are way to many and were never there before.
