When I open the app on my iPhone, I get a message about my email and password not being valid, even though I haven’t been given an opportunity to enter my login details. Thankfully the Apple TV app is working for me.

Can’t even get past it saying my email and password is incorrect make a new account. Then get a black page that has nothing on it. Useless app.

I can’t even get past the first screen saying my email isn’t recognized… I haven’t even tried to log in yet. Weird! ICC might want to stop promoting the app!

Won’t let me log in. Says my email isn’t recognised but I’ve not put one in. Push the back arrow and nothing happens, push the X button and nothing happens. For ICC, this is rubbish

Keeps asking to change password, even when entered password is correct. Also keeps logging out. I hope they provide service for money they charge

Trying to buy a PSL pass and ‘buy now’ option takes me to waiting page of world cup. Absolutely useless and hard to navigate or use.

I registered for a new account. But the app doesn’t let me login. Every time I try to login it ask me to link an existing account if any. I don’t have one and when I click on skip, it says account not found. Can’t believe this wasn’t even tested.
