Crashing
For about the last month every-time I try to collect and watch the required videos to collect rewards the system crashes. Getting to the point where I am considering removing the game from my system. Kindly fix these issues.

Videos freeze
Last 4 days when a video is played it freezes. Have to shut down my device hoping I can continue to play but no luck. I did enjoy playing but not of late. Please fix. I play on the app not through Facebook so your response in signing out than back in isn’t of use to me. Guess I will have to delete this app after playing 6 or 7 yrs

Like the game but the ad’s do not work will. You watch the damn thing and go to X out and it will not. So you loose that game you were playing because you have to leave the game completely and log back in. Stupid ad’s.
Game is so glitchy
It is a cute game but so many issues. Game crashes and you lose boosters and number of plays. Half of the time the adventure and special activities don’t load. Very frustrating.

Cannot get the game to work. Frustrating!! Says it is updated but still will not work???

These games never do what the ad for them looks like. It’s just another jewel crush game. Great ads, disappointing what you get. And free isn’t ever free. Ads, ads, ads.
Game ok
The game is typical of any match 3 games but it is a cute one for Christmas. What it NEEDs is a “TAP TO SKIP”. I want to keep playing especially if I only have a limited amount of time. I don’t care about dancing snowmen or watching all the jewels break at the end. If you could this it would be great. Thanks

It was a lot of fun until it stopped allowing me to watch the ads to get boosts, gold and finish my rounds.
