iChange allowed an unauthorized transaction to be made on my card even when I am not overseas. Very dangerous to keep currency in the account

This app is linked to MoRe App,very troublesome to resolved issues,plenty of numbers to contact and need months to get back to you....

Horrible apps and customer service. I was promised with physical card in July 2024, when WA to check on the status around October 2024 (yes 3 months later), they informed that all physical card were suspended without notification. Tried email & WA them subsequently, no reply at all. Even when my account got logout and unable to login, the response is slow especially when we need to use the ecard overseas. No physical card, no access to apps/ecard, I’m wondering what’s the used of using this lousy apps?

DO NOT USE. I REPEAT DO NOT USE. It's impossible to get back your refunds if your merchant initiated a refund. My refund of Nz$289 is still pending with iChange. Merchant refunded it on 21 Aug but it still has not been processed till date (14 Oct). The support team on WhatsApp is as good as useless, keep repeating they have sent a message to transaction team, take 3 to 4 weeks. It has been 8 weeks. I will be making a police report against them. So use them at your own risk

an overseas transaction was deducted twice and They told me to go approach the overseas merchant on my own. The same amount was deducted about 4 weeks later and they approved it. Their system didn’t even flag it. I only use a virtual card. Their safety protocols are horrible. And customer service is not immediate. For something so urgent there’s no way for them to get back to you. Only 9am-6pm. I wonder how a company such as this gets MAS approval. Rubbish. Use at your own risk

Non-existent customer service. Paid for a replacement card and no news for six weeks. Tried to contact them and was told to wait. Unable to give me a delivery date. Only solution offered was to refund me the amount I paid for replacement card as I contacted them persistently. Sham company? Use at your own risk.

Despite trying and contact centre help. Still unable to get virtual card. Very Disappointed

After update Virtual Card cannot unfreeze on my iPhone.

I was initially drawn to iChange for the exchange rates, which were competitive. However, after making a PayNow transaction to exchange money, it took a bit of time for the overseas currencies to be credited to my account. I was also disappointed to find out that I couldn’t transfer out the balance of my Singapore dollars. The biggest downside, though, was the customer service. I’ve contacted them on multiple occasions regarding various issues, but I’ve never had a pleasant experience. Despite explaining my issue twice, they failed to address my questions and instead kept asking me more questions. To make matters worse, their responses were quite slow, which only added to my frustration.

I very sad… unable to use !! Can tell me how to transfer out all the money inside ? I want to cancel account
