V2 app - password reset does not work
1st problem was the calibration function no longer works in V2, advised fixed in latest update but yet to prove as waiting for more calibration water to arrive. Today got thrown out of the app and cannot log back in, says password not connected (despite its auto save off in Apple IOS) so can’t be wrong. Now tried to use the forgotten password option but says my account does not exist….. In short they don’t fully test this app, although this is a good device it’s let down by poor software development so after spending the best part of £500 on this due to import duty you feel less than happy as I’ve now been nearly a month without being able to take valid readings and now to add insult cannot even log in to the app to get any readings!
