Fairly good, *but*...
This app works well, fairly fast, gets excellent audio/video synch. However, when there are two audio streams in a file (like in the screen recordings made by Apple’s built-in software - with stream #0 never being used), the app *does* give you the option to select one of the streams, but simply ignores this selection and always encodes stream #0 - in the case of Apple’s recordings: total silence... If the developer would kindly fix this bug, the app would be a 5 star competitor to me, for sure! Edit: One month later, no sign of life from the developer... but I found a workaround. First, I run the file through Splicer (that *does* encode the correct audio stream AND offers more standard resolutions), then I re-encode using iConverter, because it offers more parameter control than Splicer. The h265 codec is very slow, but the result is excellent. Edit 2: almost one year later, updated for OS13 - still the same error: the app recognises separate audio streams in recordings, but ignores my selection and stubbornly incorporates #0 in the video file, in most cases meaning total silence. The Splice workaround no longer works; its developers decided to totally mess up their formerly excellent app. Onto new horizons, I guess. Uninstalled.
