Icy Village: Survival Idle

Had a bug happen, so I emailed the staff at 3am, and they resolved my issue within ten minutes. Fantastic whimsical game

I saw another review complaining about this, but I didn’t take it very seriously as I believed that most of these types of games take a long time for upgrades after you’ve played them for a while. I thought I would play this at least until I get to that point since I found the art cute. but this is just ridiculous! It’s my first day playing it and upgrading my chicken coop from level 2 to level 3 apparently takes (and I’m taking this digit by digit, letter by letter from the game- I wish I could attach a screen shot!) “45471d 13h 51m”… which I am quite sure is longer than my remaining lifespan (I think it would be around 125 years) so I don’t see the point in continuing this game!

EDIT. They worked with me to fix the issue. I’m glad I can continue playing. Thank you! I’m on map 5 and my needle crafting station is maxed out, so each person is producing about 6 million per second or so. I can’t move on to the next map because the last task I have to complete is to produce 7M needles, but it’s telling me my needle count is -21aa. I try to buy things like skipping 30 minutes ahead, but it doesn’t change the -21aa. Please fix as I am unable to continue the game.

We gamers are sick of the ads so why not increase them to 60-90-120 seconds? Learn from other game makers ads are only good for if we want more to progress faster, not forcing us to watch them when we are in battle or for gaining nothing other than setting the device down for 2 minutes. Anything over 30 seconds gets uninstalled. Review for the game? It’s average and not worth 60-120 second ads. Inexperienced developers, learn how to monetize your game better for longer players.

The actual gameplay is great but the music is kind of annoying. I would recommend this to anyone who needed a good game to play.

I have completed level 8 and all it keeps saying is level nine is coming soon,I really like the game

Villagers don’t collect food. I tried deleting and reinstalling the game as well as doing things in game to make them do it but they won’t.

Can be slow at times, especially if you don’t have the right characters, but quite fun nonetheless.

This is my favorite app I have ever gotten. At first with all the other bad reviews I thought it would be a bad game, but i am so happy that i did get it. And the ads are basically non-existing. The gist is I looooove this game and I hope you will love it too.
