Das doesn’t care to fix any of the bugs. Why trade with an app that has bugs and will affect your trading.

It wants a “Firm ID” “ Port ID” “Order IP” I don’t work for a firm I’m a day trader, app so t let me set up a user name without all those things I know nothing about

No sound comes with the trade signal notification and I missed my trade opportunity. Would really appreciate it if this was fixed.

On your website, you have a picture of an iPad running something that looks like DAS Trader. This app is only meant for iPhones, however. It would be great if I could leave my laptop at home and trade through the iPad.

When using Trade Signal, please update app so that there is a sound that comes with each notification when phone is switched off. I already have notifications on and ringer on for all my apps including Das Trader but this app is the only one that somehow does not make any sound when a notification through Trade Signal occurs. I even have notification turned on inside of the Das Trader app. It is crucial that this update is made because a sound will allow me to not have to check my phone constantly. Please fix, thank you

I have been using it with Centerpoint fir trading & I actually often use it to day trade & scalps. L2 is good, T&S is good.. my one feedback is if they can improve their charts. If you can somehow look at the charts from the Montage view but clearly, the axis being on the right doesn’t let you see what the current price is, which is most important. E*TRADE has some good mobile charts to use as reference.

This app is pretty amazing and quick! The only issue I have is that every time you leave the app to have to re log in ( even though it takes a second) you still have to remember. But that is a small issue. Overall I love the app and use it on a daily basis.

A decent app, I have used it for about 6 months now to check my open positions during the day as well as enter and exit trades. One thing the devs need to work on: * After market close, my portfolio always show I'm down $70million or something crazy because it uses the "bid" to calculate portfolios value and we all know traders will put a penny bid in overnight in case of a glitch or order mistakes. Why not use the "last" trade amount instead? That is an option in the desktop version of DasTrader, please fix! My portfolio value in this app is always different than in the desktop version.

The app has a subscription fee of $25 per month and you would think they would invest in improving it. But being able to quickly or easily place and manage orders is impossible. They have drop downs that you need to carefully bring up, pop ups that you need to touch with precision and sometimes the alignment/orientation goes for a toss and you need to restart the process. Not to mention, the infinite number of times you will need to "relogin" because it keeps logging you out. Seriously, why don't they look at the Robinhood or Ustocktrade apps and bring about some badly needed simplicity and ease. It's not that difficult.
