Only one functionality in this app that is reload it is not working 😂. But I can recharge through the website. Worst app it wasted my 20 mins

Login id is not allowed for update while changing password for first time user

Very poor fastag service, not able to recharge when required, always down server. Fastag asked kyc update after 2 year, without intimating about inactivity of Fastag . While traveling my fastag became inactive due to KYC update required after 2 years. Customer care center not able to resolve this issues. They even dont know kyc required or not. Non professional service . Co operative bank may be having better coordination than IDBI bank. Not recommended for any one. Very bad service.

Every time I try to reload money in the wallet, I need to spend at least 30 mins. It’s surprising when A bank with so much IT infra couldn’t get an APP working properly. Other Banks and telecommunication applications work seamlessly when this app is getting bad day by day.

This app is full of bugs on Any IOS device. I am facing a lot of problems logging in and recharging the fastag. Feel like pulling down the tag issued by this bank.

Basic features like login reset password not working as entry fields can’t be selected. Poor execution.

Hello I am unable to change my password. Every time I try to change it says connection failed to server. Pl try to rectify the issue.

Your application get freeze whenever doing something, api response is pathetic like your banking server.
